Ordering & payments
- Add products to your cart and enter your customer's delivery address at checkout.
- Pay from your wallet, by bank transfer (upload the screenshot under My orders) or with approved buyer credit.
- Bank transfer orders are confirmed once we verify your payment.
Credit rules
- Credit is for verified buyers only and unlocks in stages: 10 paid orders → £15, 25 → £35, 50 → £60, 90 → £100, 150 → £150.
- The maximum credit is £150. Credit orders must be paid within the due date shown on the order.
- A missed payment freezes credit for 180 days and blocks new orders until cleared.
Verification centre
- Open your account, go to Account and upload your ID and business documents.
- Our team reviews documents within 1–2 working days. You'll get a notification once approved.
- Sellers must be verified before products go live.
Order tracking
- Once dispatched, your tracking number appears under My orders.
- Use the tracking page to jump straight to the courier's website.

- Message us on WhatsApp or email support and include your order number.
